I think if you were desperate and your GP couldn't help any more, and you couldn't afford to go private then this programme might be a definite option.

the one that really made me sick was that cheff with the peeling and weeping hands, would hate to think of eating anything he,d handled, whoever employed him must have had his p45 ready to give him by the end of the program, embarassment I can cope with but those hands were just gruesome, poor chap.

caught a bit of this show on spanish telly last night, shouldn´t it be renamed, shameless? After a young woman had revealed her identity, she then preceded to expose her genitalia!! how will she be able to show her face in public now?
