Same happened here, I nipped out and came back, googled C4 CDWM Brighton, to try to find out, it was originally aired in 2011 and there was no mention during the original run either :-(

Must have been quite serious, poor soul. They usually let the unwell person taste the previous nights offerings when they're better.
However, her company and she seem to be doing well.
