I was just wondering how long it would take a rocket device with a nuclear warhead on it to get from California to anywhere in the states.  For anyone who watched 24 on sky tonight - how long is it going to take.  Am trying not to spoil too much.

I know how it finishes, but will not spoil it for you. Given that there are now only two episodes left, it would take a maximum of three hours I would suggest. The rocket didn't start in California by the way, it was somewhere in the middle of the USA, that's not a spoiler, it was in the last two episodes.

Did you all recognise the woman who took Tony hostage as the same woman who blew up the plane in the first episode of series one? She also gave Palmer the poisoned handshake at the end of series two.

(According to the show) The missile will take 3 hours, which (strangely enough) takes us to the end of the season, to reach either coast from it's launch in Iowa. I'd assume that a launch in California - on the West coast - would take 6 hours to reach the East coast.

However, as it seems to take Jack a maximum of 10 minutes to get back to CTU from anywhere in the L.A. region, I am a bit dubious about the missile flight research done for the show!

I'm with you LeMarchand I think they are using a bit of poetic license there.

i recognised the woman ( man im good lol ) cant believe theres only 2 hours left of this great program damn we,ll have to go back to having nothing to watch at all on a sunday night again.
