Normally Doctors after regeneration are often different to the one before, so I say that he's going to **** Rose off a bit at first before she warms to him.

Since its known the Billie Piper leaves in the next series it seems unlikely there will be romantically involved ...

Since it has now been confirmed that Billie will be staying for the entire season 2 it could go anywhere.

Personally I would like to see the Doctor become more of a older brother figure to Rose, but whatever happens I'll be watching!
