Jeez them giraffes certainly went for it and I thought that old bull was down and out ..... but it had a trick up its sleeve, the crafty old so and so ....
amazing. i did have a hide under the duvet moment when the giant meat eating crickets then the wasp and spider.
sometimes large screen tvs + hd are not so good. the night pgotopgraphy with the starlight cam was incredible
worth every penny of the license fee
Think I read somewhere jno that if they use footage from somewhere else other than out there in Africa, they'll explain first, largely due to the kerfuffle last time.
It was without doubt the best TV I've seen for a long time! I can't wait for next week now. The irony of the world's largest underground lake being right there in the middle of the desert just blew my mind! awesome television - loved it xxxx
In our house, we gave a little cheer when the old bull giraffe won the fight.
I have never seen such amazing photography. It seems that with every new series (Frozen Planet, Planet Earth, Yellowstone), the BBC up the ante.
My only criticism is that perhaps it could have been shown at 8pm rather than 9pm, because this is something that kids should see (I suppose so many people have catch up tv, it doesn't matter).
It was wonderful, I could watch David Attenborough's programmes on a loop for ages, and it looks like this new series will be just as good as the others - and I loved the rhinos at night.
