Doctor Who Confidential

Does anyone know the music that was used as a backing track during the last doctor who confidential?  It might be music from a film coz it sounds really familiar- listen to it on the bbc website, skip to about 3 minutes in and you can hear it.  Please help coz this is driving me mad! I think its 'electronic music' or sumthin...                THANKS!!!!!
