If you've missed it +1 it. Some of the men's attitudes - I could explode. Thank goodness some are enlightened.

Poor ladies. One of the husbands said, 'I married her - she's mine!' Says it all really. A monstrous culture.

Yea I laughed at his jibe about they can make nuclear weapons but they can't do this .... Not much to laugh about though really.

That was heart breaking.

Thank your lucky stars you were born in the UK.

Yes, as I said earlier Ummmm, I'm so glad I live in England. It makes you realise how lucky we are.
I totally agree, we are extremely lucky to be born and able to live in peace and raise our families in safety (generally speaking)
Just watched it. :o(

The surgeon is quite brilliant - and what a compassionate and very sensible man. He says he doesn't need 'bloody religion' to get where he's going eventually. If only more thought like him.

Wasn't he just marvellous. I thought about the programme in bed last night (in the absence of anything better to do) and decided if ever I was in their shoes then he was the guy I would have wanted to be there for me. He was so kind and thoughtful and understanding and bl00dy angry for those poor women. Goodness knows what will happen to the one who found herself pregnant again and whose husband put the phone down on her when she told him. I do hope things improve now.
