Tv Awards Again

Did any of you witness Kimberley Walsh singing. It was so embarrassing I had to leave the room. She simply can't sing and was totally out of tune the whole way through. And that is such a beautiful song!

That was on the Secret Combination album The Builder. I played that album(vinyl) to death when I was younger. It brings back some very happy memories. The last song I bought of hers was one she did with Joe Sample called Love Town. Joe Sample was with her when I saw her live. I got it wrong it wasn`t Festival Hall though (think it was Hammersmith Apollo).

Why couldn't she have sung something a bit more up tempo? Why do they always try to sing a dreary ballad?
Also, what was all the screaming and shouting coming from the back of the audience all through the introductions? Had they let the plebs in?

Same old story all the time Dave. Screaming and shouting from the audience at every opportunity on most live shows. Seems to be the norm these days. I find it really annoying.

One day I'll fly away, is one of my favourite songs so its a good job I was in the kitchen when she mullered it!

The other singer was fantastic. Don't know who she is but she has a great voice.

A girl who was apparently voted off the X factor in one of the semi finals, Tigger. Ellie someone or other. I don't watch the X factor so hadn't seen her before, but she was good.
