Just like me But I am not dark, handsome, have any intellect and a lousy sense of humour. Sounds like I should be working for ITV documentaries. Nice to see this programme - combine this with the fabulous Kangaroo Dundee last night, wow - some decent programmes. If you didn't see this, get on the i-player! And there's another episode next Sat evening.....

Don't forget Brian May of queen got a degree in Astronomy too
Brian May became a professor last year.
It always amazes me how really talented people seem to be talented in so many fields - music, art, science, etc. Just a complete zest for learning and for life. Music, maths and science go together though.

Spikey - astrophysics, I think. A show with Brian and Brian is well worth watching.

Totally irrelevant mick-talbot,do you fit any of the criteria?

It's not all about size Mick!!
yikes, when were you talking about his willy, and who to mick?
I might have been more interested in science with a teacher like that.

The bit you missed out ......
Mick, he's finished now, we're all yours :-)
Question Author
boxtops "cute" goes without saying,mick-talbot's quip was the only criticism he could think of and we don't know or care if that's a fact or not anyway. There are five parts to this series yippee!!!
Question Author
I know I'm going to regret this mick but which bit??? did I miss out.
Nodger or no nodger,

Peter Quaife of the Kinks was another astromomer in my days, (If I recall his name properly) as was Big Jim Sullivan , Tom Jones's guitarrist.
