Does anyone remember this film I saw on ITV late night years ago. It was about a teenager from one of the none surfing states of the USA that won a trip to hawaii after winning the local pool surf tank competition. I can remember the movie but would love to know the name.Help Please

Could it be 'North Shore'? The main character in that was from Arizona & went to spend the summer surfing in Hawaii.
