So, this man has won his fight to have the case heard in court. What I really don't understand though, is that he's being accused of sexual assault when all he allegedly did was drop his dressing gown to the floor. Is that really sexual assault or have I missed something?

Either way, does it really matter if he's gay or not?

This was in 2009, this is now 2013, why the delay is one of my questions. Another one has been answered in the link.

I know the US legal system is laughable and ridiculous, but "assault"
