Death On The Staircase?

This is an ongoing "murder" case dating from 2001 and a very long documentary was made during the pretrial process when the subject, Michael Peterson, assumed that he would be found not guilty. Instead he was found guilty but after serving eight to ten years he has now been allowed out (tagged but living at his home) awaiting another trial. It is fascinating stuff but hard to track down on British tv. Has anyone else been following this story?
