Is there any point in subscribing to their movies through the post service or is that soon to go as well?

My local Blockbuster may be staying open (yippee!), but I have given up my Love Film subscription and joined BB online, because they will get all the new releases. You have to wait 6/12 months on Love Film. The guy in the shop told me that the online facility will continue.

Thanks Tizzi.
What? I was in BB just the other week and asked them about closing down and he told me "don't worry, we won't be going anywhere".

I have two dvd's that needed taking back.
Ours is closing as well.

It was packed in there last night, never seen it so busy.
"Everything must go" signs everywhere.
Ah gutted!
They've been leaving messages on the answerphone all week, saying I had two outstanding dvd's.

Hope that didn't contribute to them closing shop! :P

I had a text yesterday offering two movie rentals for the price of one, but when I got there nothing was for rent, only for sale!
Damn. I should have called them back!
I was going to go there tomorrow night and get some films.

I've used online/through the post in the past and it's just not the same. I like going there and having a browse, and getting pick & mix :))
Am surprised it stayed open so long tbh - seeing as you can watch so many films on Sky anytime etc, and similar....
