I recorded this play the other day but didn't get the ending can anyone tell me how it ended ?

yes it was alison steadman I got to where one of the men had a heart attack and died

Well as far as I remember, that`s it. It doesn`t really end as such. Just comes to a halt when Bev`s husband dies.

Laurence has a heart attack and dies. That's it really, it just ends as a tableau with Laurence under a duvet and the others looking on.

It is a fabulous play - Alison Steadman is perfect, and the ratcheting tension under that thin veneer of suburban respectability is just wonderful.
