It was played on channel 4 about a year ago, I'm pretty sure it was named after the street where one of the main charactars lived. I remember at the start there was something to do with a kid getting hurt by fireworks in the street or something, and I remember something about a "scout" camp for some boys and its this guys kid with his neighbour. And the guy thinks his neighbour is involved in some kind of terrorist plot because he has blueprints of public buildings in his house. There are references to the Oklahoma bombing during the film and it turns out that someone uses this guys son to lure him into taking and exploding a bomb in a government building carpark and the guy doesn't realise what hes doing till its too late.
