Am i correct in thinking that if i cancelled Sky Sports today would i continue to still get it for a further 31 days. I can remember (i think ) last year when i cancelled after the football season finished, that i still got it for another month or so. Anyone know???

How much notice do you need to give under the contract? Maybe you pay a month in advance so if you give a month's notice now and the contract allows that then there would be nothing to pay

Didn't happen with me, I cancelled and lost it immediately, I was miffed!

Mine got cut off immediately last month. Maybe they were running one of their free view months around the same time?

You can still enjoy all of Sky Sports online - free (as long as you have a TV licence).

Update.= I phoned Sky to cancel the sports channel with immediate effect, the channel will go off in 31 days time, that suits us as Leeds United have no chance of getting into the play offs so i have cut it off early this year. Thanks to those of you who took time to advise.
