Eccles is going (and I'm going with her for a while, along with anyone else who feels strongly enough) because of the huge inequality in how people are treated on here.

Some people are untouchable, bodyguards at every street corner, whereas others are expected to "man up" and take any amount of insults and crap.

Yes some people are more vulnerable than others, but there has to be a perceived fairness and transparency in how the powers-that-be operate.

The direct insertion of the "flounce card" on the first page of her (now deleted) thread when snags could only have posted a link, was a spectacular abuse of editorial privileges in search of a cheap laugh at the expense of a long-term valuable contributor.
