Just watched him on the "Red Button" 301 performing live on Radio 2 Concert, think its on a loop so you could still catch it. Pleased to say after a few years when his voice was really iffy after his cancer scare, it has now come back better than ever! Performed songs from new album and lots of his brilliant oldies. He never seems to age ............ wow ;)

Didn't know it was on Ann...adore him so will try to catch it. Had him on CD at top volume tonight while waiting for my dinner guests.....no cooking to do because my friends bring their own food........so I lit candles and danced to Rod. x
I've just posted his new single on mamya's thread, go and have a listen.

Loved his black silk dotty shirt! We went to Wembley to see him at a concert in the 80s, it was a fantastic evening.
You're welcome Tony...and you now have the proof that I really don't cook, don't you? x

Night Night must go to bed, got to get up early in the morning, friends coming round at the crack of dawn, they are early risers but we are not! :)
Gawd, I wondered who'd nicked my shirt ;-)
Heard him singing 'You Wear It Well' live I think it was on the Jeremy Vine show, today was just a blur from Ken Bruce until Desmond Carrington so I could be wrong, one of those days, but his voice sounded fantastic.
Yes gness gness's guests have to bring their own food lol.
