I am planning to go back to work very soon, problem is, I got hired by 3 different companies and cannot decide which one to join. I did a research over the internet and here are some things I found (employee feedback, etc) and I also put down my own observations of the place when I went for my interviews.
Please help me decide which company I should choose. Here they are:
1.) Company A:
- 1 HOUR AWAY
- offered me a LOW salary
- I have to spend about PHP 10K / month on toll fees and gas
- Company Size: pretty BIG and well known, has POOR facilities
- As per GLASSDOOR.com: has LOW employee satisfaction
2.) Company B:
- 30 MINUTES AWAY
- offered me a HIGH salary
- I have to spend about PHP 5K / month just on toll fees and gas
- Company Size: VERY SMALL and unknown, I'm afraid company may go bankrupt and close anytime, but has GREAT facilities and location
- As per GLASSDOOR.com: has MEDIUM to LOW employee satisfaction
3.) Company C:
- 1 HOUR AWAY
- offered me a HIGH salary
- I have to spend about PHP 10K / month just on toll fees and gas
- Company Size: MEDIUM sized and pretty well known, has GOOD facilities and an "okay" location
- As per GLASSDOOR.com: has HIGH employee satisfaction
Kindly reply back with your answer and please briefly explain why... Thanks!!! =)
I'd go for C since they seem to have a good reputation and their employees are happy. However, from your post you seem not to be in the UK and I only have experience of UK working (this is a UK site)
company 4 - the one where you pay THEM to allow you to work.
This is an assignment innit ? There will be some text before this q
and you need to read the text and apply the principles to the issue
which seems to be how (according to the txt) to trade off moolah and job satisfaction
Hi ,in my opinion better to opt for company c
1)employee satisfaction is important .
2)We can adjust with time..that is okay
3)company medium sized that is okay n high salary.what else u need .
