...there is a scene where a detective (?) kills a rapist in a toilet cubicle, while a junior cop (female?) looks out. The guy gets attacked with a nightstick, I think, in a way which would make it difficult to sit down. As he dies, he looks up at the girl and asks for help. She declines. I simply cannot think - please help me

I think it was a prison warder who did the killing and the woman was a detective, but I cannot recall what the drama was. ;o( The dramas I usually watch are ..... Body of Proof, The Closer, Rizzoli and Isles and Castle !
