Yes there was a mix up, she contacted her real son for a while but seems to have forgotten about him now.

I always think about her 'real' son when she goes on about Ryan being her son, especially at the time when she first met her real son, she desperately wanted him in her life and now she NEVER thinks about him ! Wonder if it will be a future storyline ......
