She is getting more comical, loved her quote from Blanche last night, "It's a small world, but I wouldn't want to hoover it!" Classic.

At least Jack Duckworth used to play away in Rosamund Street, Lottie
I agree - however, anyone but Liz!
True hc. I loved Jack.
Serves you right for being so stand-offish, craft.
If only you were prepared to join in more......

:)
Isn't Sarah Louise coming back as well (god knows where she'll sleep)
She will soon find lots of places to sleep!! Jason springs to mind!!
Talking of past characters I saw a familiar face last night in Law & Order UK and couldn't place her at all.

Read the credits and it was Rachel Leskovac who played THE most annoying Corrie character ever - Natasha.

I liked Bet Lynch, can't stand Liz, can't stand simpering Maria or that Cindy Beale person (can't remember her character's name, that's old age for you!)
Corrie can't be too bad can it if everyone loves discussing it lol. Not keen on Dreary though especially her rasping (natural - ciggies??) voice... but loved the line about "small world", excellent script writing as most is on this programme.
Sarah-Louise isn't coming back. It was an unfounded rumour.

I watched an old episode last night with Annie Walker and Fred and he had to leave cos mrs Walker's son was coming home and his room was being decorated and had nowhere to sleep, so how come, there seems to be a lot more room in the Rovers now, and even Gloria used it for B&B, and even Steve and Becky were there with them at one point.
They could bring back the lovely Candice to fill in the 'void' left by Rosie Webster............
neti....erm....it's in the script LOL
I can only assume Annie Walker had a lot of the upstairs rooms for her own use, Neti
Toyah was in Law & Order, too, and of course Bradley Walsh who played Danny Baldwin is a leading cast member in it.

Wish Toyah would come back - she's a great actress. Some of her scenes were the best ever.
I agree hc Toyah was a lovely little actress, she'd make mincemeat of some of today's characters.
They do need to keep older characters in, too.

Remember Percy Sugden, Maude Grimes and Phylis Pearce? Comedy and pathos.
I think Dennis has slotted in really well.......
He has!
I think so too and he looks different in his face than he did a couple of weeks ago...looks more like the old Dennis of years ago (adding a few wrinkles as well of course) (smile)
