All I heard tonight from Chas that she wanted to do Gennies funeral the way she wanted to do it.

But surely its up to her husband Nikhil, when he stops running, to do all that and not her.

I thought it strange too. It's not up to her. If Nikhil doesn't do it then it will have to be Brenda, Gennie's mother.

Maybe if Nikhil sees Chas not doing as gennie would have wanted it might jolt him into doing something.
I read somewhere that Gennie wanted to keep the name Walker as a connection to her her mum.
