Since their recent update I can't get the red button service, which I particularly like to use with bbc news. Anyone else have this problem?

No. Works fine for me. Maybe your area has a transmission problem of some sort ? Or maybe it's a coincidence and your freeview TV/box isn't working right ?

Just to be clear you are referring to the text on freeview bbc, yes ?
