I know nothing of the benefit system, she was saying if they found her a job that paid that, she would come off benefits.

Look at the answers in the first 'related question' below, the woman you are talking about has been arrested for receiving stolen goods , that is how she has £500 a week left, nothing to do with benefits.

Oh Gness, a fine improvement to day thanks, they have walked him round the ward.

It appears the mass was right at the top of his lung, out of reach from under the arm, hence going in on his back between the ribs.
