Ripper Street

I am surprised that there were no complaints regarding a certain remark that was made in Ripper Street on Monday night.
There were a group of men talking in their club, and one made a remark about the Irish, saying that Irish men are just 'Blacks' turned inside out, I use the word Black but i think the original description was much worse.
Can anyone remember exactly what the loud mouth man said?
He came to a sticky end however because an Irish man planted a bomb under his bed, and blew him up.

I've just watched the episode, recorded from last night.
I think he used the word "***".
I doubt there would be complaints as the word was used in context.
The MP that used the word was a racist (as alluded to by the Inspector when taking about his death). It would have been the word used by someone so intolerant of others in that particular time.
