Plastic Surgery In Movies Etc
8 Answers
Just finished watching a series where the main suspect faked his own suicide and then made himself unrecognisable through plastic surgery.
This used to be a fairly common plot line many years back but I can't recall it too recently. Which made me think - would this even be possible even in this day and age?
New hairline, nose, cheekbones etc etc and all whilst remaining perfectly natural looking.

One has a starting pistol backfire in her face, one fell off a horse and didn't let go of the rein, was dragged through gorse and broke her jaw on a rock, the other was in a car accident. To me, all three looked totally different afterwards, they looked like someone who looked a little like the person they had been if you get my meaning?
Of course with facial recognition technology and specialist identification (apparently ears are unique) I am not sure wether the plotline would work, but in my experience, certainly to the casual eye it could.
