World's Strongest Man, Why Is Bjorn Solvang In Two Heats?

After qualifying for the final in Hungary on Tuesday Bjorn Solvang from Norway is now in another heat in Norway, and they are even saying he's already qualified. Why would he want to or be allowed to enter twice?
