..Its on the TV and i just had a thought... Did John Travolta have lessons for this film or could he dance already?

In the documentary I seem to remember them saying that bits of that scene were about to end up on the cutting room floor until Travolta appeared in the edit suite and convinced them to keep it in. The bit that would have gone would have been the shot used on all the posters when they finally released the film - Where he is pointing toward the sky with the glitterball there.
Much as I love the film I am no expert on it; I just enjoyed the documentary and it was full of cool little bits of trivia on SNF, as well as the story of his entire career.
