I enjoyed seeing the first ever Treasure Hunt on Challenge over the weekend, and it shows just how far telecommunications have come over thirty years.
Here's a pitch for channel 4:

Surely with Skype / satellite video etc there must be the potential for the studio contestants to see what's happening in real-time?

New host?
Didn't Dermot Murnaghan make a decent fist of it with Suzi Perry in the early noughties?
