True and false.

The sentence can mean they fought on the same side as Wellington, or that they fought on the opposite side - depending how you choose to read it.

They missed the "s" off the end of wellington and mean that they were all chuking wellies at each other.

The Battle of Waterloo was fought on Sunday, 18 June 1815, near Waterloo in Belgium.
