Read on the Mail on line that a possible replace for Suzannah Reid was Rachel Riley (Countdown, Gadget Show) What a dreadful choice! Has she had any journalistic experience? She's hardly in the same league as Louise or Naga.
If she does become the next presenter I'll watch the BBC news channel in the mornings!

It wouldn't surprise me as attractive young women are top priority in the UK media these days, mainly because they guarantee extensive free publicity. However, putting RR in such an out-of-her-depth situation would only ensure headlines for the wrong reasons

Sounds to me like some of the AB ladies feel a bit threatened by a good looking presenter on the Tv whilst they're slopping about in dressing gowns and curlers!

Rachel Riley is just not a pretty face she is very intelligent. Oxford degree and does have a great personality she ticks a lot of boxes!
