Gotta agree with Sam. You can't turn a half hour programme into an hour one. Having said that, towards the end I started to enjoy it. Sandi Toksvig didn't do it for me
Not as good as the former programme but I like it because the questions are neither too difficult as in University Challenge or too dumbed down as in - well most of the other quiz shows - and I like to exercise my leetle grey cells now and again.
Caught part of it, Sandy not the best host, all these remakes will never emulate the originals, this show will be on Monday Channel 4 rather watch The Coach Trip or Four in A Bed, will stick with Bradley on The Chase!
I enjoyed it -so did Mr Q. Considering the dire choices offered for Saturday (all day, especially the evening) Fifteen To One was good. I don't mind Sandi and some questions were tough but better than being too easy.
I'm another WGS original contestant. It was much slower (WGS was much more 'quick fire') and some how didn't seem right that Sandi was reading the questions off an iPad rather than having a big wodge of cards in her hand.
