What do you think? Sarah Lancashire was her usual brilliant self and so were the rest of the cast including the creepy kidnapper. He may be a bit too creepy and weird for me but I shall watch next week. Gripping plot though.

Hebden Bridge/Fargo what's the difference? Sarah Lancashire and she's great.
Yes, I agree, Sarah was brilliant, looking forward to the rest of the series.
What was this, what have I missed?!
thought it was brilliant
It's the wonderfully Sally Wainwright's latest offering, she of Last Tango in Halifax fame. Thought it was fab, gripped you within the first few minutes, multi faceted plot, wonderful scenery and the ever delightful Sarah Lancashire.
Unmissable.
Ooh, I'll watch on catch up... thanks.
I have not seen one advertisemnet for this programme, unlike Prey on ITV which they've been advertising for about the last 6 weeks! Mind you, I dont think I watch anything on BBC....
Sarah Lancashire - one of our finest actresses .......
I really enjoyed it and look forward to the rest of the series. But I hate Fargo.!
Didn't fancy it to start with, I find Pemberton a tad creepy.
Just watched on catch up, and I loved it, thanks.
I really enjoyed it, found the kidnapper/rapist character very disturbing which I suppose is the sign of a very good actor and script.

I'm looking forward to the rest of it.
A terrific first episode....gripping stuff. This is where a hard copy of a decent listings magazine (Radio Times, every time for me!) comes into it's own...you never miss worthwhile new stuff (like this) or returning gooduns (like In The Flesh....next Sunday BBC3).
yep, worth watching.
