did anyone watch wife swop last night and see that silly woman waiting on her husband like he was a lord and she the servant? helping him off and on with his coat and shoes!! and dressing up to welcome him home it was unbelievable..i would like a week with him i would soon sort him out..and he would be shoeless and coatless before i helped him..what did she call herself a mindfull wife and then she criticised us british women saying we didnt know how to look after a man..even though she was british she followed the traditions of women in the far east where they pampered men..to hell with that who agrees??my other half was all agog watching it..so i made sure i found him some jobs to do today in case he had got any fancy ideas..

I found it especially angersome when he said he was more important than his son. Me and wifey are expecting a baby boy in a few weeks time, and he'll be the most important thing for us, we're a distant second, so to hear that from that guy got my back up .
And they was he reacted when he realised at rule change he wasnt gonna get anything was quite worrying.
But at the same time, if his wife is letting him get away with thinking thats ok.....
AND his "dead eyes" freaked me out.

he was weird and yes i felt sorry for the little boy..he looked lonely..the other wife was also past a joke she was bone idle..you cant believe how others live its fun watching these fly on the wall things..that woman was really past a joke though she thought she was perfect..dressing up for her man coming home..by the end of the day i look like i have been dragged through a hedge..and if mr mullein wanted me to dress up to welcome him home he would get a right mouthfull of abuse..i do work hard cleaning and gardening but i dont wait on anyone they have hands themselves..
I agree the other wife was bone idle at the start, and yea, she did grate by being all mouthy and ballsy, but as the swap wore on, and you saw how good she was with the weirdos son who really came out of his shell, I really warmed to her.
And the fact she realised just how lazy she was and so she changed made it a good episode, but that blonde woman, she seemed a bit half-daft - not all there.
I know there are women who want to be independant and do everything they want to do, and there are also women whose only want is for a husband, kids, a nice house and to do everything for them, one of the most admirablie qualities ever, but to see it in practise last night was a bit of an eye opener.
Something like that can't work really, can it ?

i think the blonde woman was trying to be the perfect wife...where she did everything to make the man comfortable allmost taking on a mothers role..to the husband not that poor little boy who was left out..i think she was kidding herself and was just a doormat..you just cant believe their are women like that..men would have no respect for her as she was a push over..
Yeah, do you think she has seen The Stepford Wives? but didnt he look like a different guy when he was singing? weird. I'm just glad that the "mindful" wife didnt have a daughter. Saying that, the show seems to help couples, did you see little miss mindfull swearing and laughing at the end? first time I saw anything even approaching genuine emotion or intimacy between them.
