Help Needed Please

Im researching a friends tree. I just cannot find Minnie Yates b1894 in Mexborough, Nr Donaster. She had siblings Tom and Emmie but cannot find any of them on any census that matches. I know she had a son out of wedlock, Frank Yates b1914, no idea who father is. She married in 1923 to Jabez Aubrey and later in 1953 Wm Eccles. She died as Minnie Eccles in 1975 in Mexborough. If anyone can help with Minnies family on census`s, I would be very grateful.

I've found a census correction for a family of Yates- where she was mistranscribes as ' Bernie' and later corrected to Minnie.

Not sure if those are your people but no-one showing as born Mexborough on an of the census' I can see and people often didn't bother to give their correct place of birth. The sibling names are right for this, and not with any others I can find. If this isn't them then I'm a bit stumped too.
