What a lovely series & beautiful scenery, yes so pleased as I also missed the 1st episodes. And ovcourse the mouthwatering food.

I have been cooking some of the food. Caponata tastes delicious, bit like ratatouille but with a sweet and sour hint. Arancini is a great way to use up cooked rice. I'm hoping to see how he has his fish cooked!
