Have missed some episodes lately. Why does Billy saying that he had a row with Lucy mean that Jake isn't guilty? Also what do you think is going on with Billy and those photos of Lucy?

I understand that Jake was released following the new evidence that Lee Carter gave to the police. It had nothing to do with Billy Mitchell.

If we've been told what that new evidence was I must have missed it.

Lee saw Billy arguing with Lucy and as far as I know that is why Jake is to be released.

Maybe it suggests that Jake wasn't the last person to see Lucy. Others have said that Jake was far too drunk to do anything that night.
