Does anyone else recieve A4 size envelopes from Virgin media regarding there tv, broadband, phone deals...ive handed them back to the postie, even wrote and requested no more, then if its not letters, leaflets....

Yes - never open them....
Put " return to sender" on the front of the envelope and post them back. That way the sender, Virgin or whoeve,r has to pay the postage.

I don't get a great deal of stuff from Virgin Media (probably because our small town has no cable services) but I do get countless mailings from BT encouraging me to subscribe to BT Wi-Fi. They often arrive in the same post as my monthly invoice from BT Wi-Fi, which I already subscribe to!
I bet your Postman loves you - Royal Mail make money out of these leaflet deliveries - if Virgin Media think it's worthwhile filling up my recycling box then it's up to them - the same goes for the Sunday papers!
I get these in triplicate. Going to give hc4361's suggestion a try.
