Sky Magic Eye

Hope that my explanation makes sense.

We have sky 'plumbed' into our main TV in the living room and magic eyes in the conservatory and the bedrooms. Working fine in the bedrooms but in the conservatory we can get sky but the the gizmo to work it doesn't work. It works in the other rooms so the gizmo is ok Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

Have you checked connections?

If you have more than one - try swapping them over to see if one is faulty.

I found on mine, that when the sun shone directly on it, as it may do in a conservatory, then the magic eye wouldn't work.

You may want to ask Ed to move this to somewhere like Technology. I don't think many people look in Offers and Comps

just because it works in the bedroom doesn't mean the eye in the conservatory is working properly, also are you using the same or different remotes
