Why have they suddenly started condensing the programme I wonder? It doesn't give enough time to judge the contestants in a fair light as they show the picky side of everybody, or has it just become more cut- throat?

It's because they are all much repeated repeats and by chopping the episodes up in to the new format they can call it a 'new' series.
Annoying, that's what it is.

Why do most of he hotel or bed and breakfast owners only wear jeans. What else do they have in their large cases when they only stay one night
