I asked this question in technology with no luck so I'll try here.
My Bush MP3 player (model MPK8099BUK) will not allow me to increase the volume above 20 although the max is 25.
I get a yes/no option to increase volume when I reach 20 but how do I select Yes?

No idea without viewing the controls/settings but I'd advise against it as it's generally accepted that a 20+ setting will lead to hearing damage.
