Some of my mates are suggesting that this was all a big publicity stunt - that the bottle of water was placed there deliberately, and that it wasn't a mistake at all.

It's certainly generated column inches, and has gone 'mega-viral' all over Twitter and Facebook.

What do you think?

Will it become as iconic as the 'ghost' in 3 Men and a Baby?

the TV aerial is an easy mistake to make, though it's been happening for a long time and you'd think cameramen would be aware of it by now

But a plastic bottle... hmmm... someone had to put that there, didn't they.

Nobody saw this?

Right you are then.

Yes...that's what I was thinking when I first saw it.

The photographer would have had to miss it, as well as the production crew and the actors. Then it would have to be missed by the marketing people and publishers.

That's an awful lot of people.

But then as Colinandjess has said - the new series would have gotten masses of publicity anyway...so why do it deliberately???
