Yes the episode after he murdered Tina he dashed out of Chez Barlow, dropping THAT bracelet and burying the weapon and jewellery under the arch.

What's he worrying about anyway? If the place is a building site it would soon be buried under a pile of concrete. Even if anyone did find it amongst all the other rubbish there, why would they connect it to him?
