What's The Name Of The Music…

…being used for the recent One Man and His Dog segment on Countryfile?
There are no lyrics so I can't Google this one for myself.
The Beeb have used this music before, as the theme tune for Stargazing Live or, if my memory is playing tricks on me, it would have been "Science Club" which also had Dara O'Briain and Prof. Brian Cox as presenters.

I rewatched the 28th Sep edition and the music I referred to was not used. It was the two episodes prior to that when there was just a five minute blurb to tell us that OMAHD was coming soon.
I'm only enquiring because they use this music in all sorts of programmes and I still have no clue what band it is.

I know, Wolfie. What would I do without you, eh? ;-)

I post these threads precisely because I don't have time to listen to the Radio in the off-chance that a track whose name I want to know will crop up.
Even if it did, I have selective attention. Do you ever get that thing where the tail end of a news ticker story catches your eye but the who/what has already scrolled off the screen? They've improved it lately, it used to be up to 30 minutes to repeat the story of interest. Slow torture!
Same with radio: if it's named before it's played and is an artist I don't know, I won't attempt to memorise it. If I then like the song and the DJ doesn't recap, then I'm left in the dark.
