a few months ago it was voted the best comedy of all time on british tv.

the reason I love it is that most of the characters are excellent, delboy, rodders, trigger, boycie, mickey, denzil, mike and grandad when he was in it. (It was never quite the same after he died)

and of course the brilliant scriptwriting of john sullivan.

absolute masterpiece.

ha haa i have just watched the fatal extrection episode on dvd.  Favourite charactor for me has to be del boy for  his french phrases.

The earlier ones are often VERY funny.  And there are some truly classic moments in it.  However, I do feel they've dragged it on too long!

So freyabutland - which Kingsmead were you referring to earlier?  Are you still looking at that thread occasionally?

Classic comedy at it's best. I think the spin off starring Boycie and Marlene is starting soon, saw something in tv times last week and it will feature in this weeks edition, out Tue. 30th August.
