I must say I preferred the previous series' where they spent more time investigating the case in hand and less time with their own domestic problems

i like the show & it is about their relationships as much as the crime solving but having said that, this series i haven't enjoyed as much as the previous ones

I thought it was in 2 parts, and I love it.

Dis you know that the lady Inspector or the chief with a drink problem, wrote 4 of the episodes, and was in Corrie, married to Ken Barlow?

she was in corrie but i think she was one of the few not married or romantically attached to ken :-)
