Is anyone having problems with this. This is a bit of a saga. when they changed over to new system of mymail instead of rewards iwas using my ipad. i clicked on the link in welcoming email, new site came up and i was away. used it ok upt saturday. ipad has since died on me, cannot get any internet connection. i have even put time on a vodafone dongle but wont connect. so i used my lap top. because i still had the old rewards thing on it when i clicked on it it said site unavailable. i have tried to get new site but cant. in desperation yesterday I phoned mymail, explained, they said they were having problems with site/ they agreed to enter my numbers and would phone me later o confirm. didnt recieve a call. tried again today, still cant get on. phoned again, numbers not been entered, said will do it today, they are still having problems with the line. has anyone else experienced any difficulty with this.
Ann I wasn't keen on how the site jumped each time you entered a number then you have to scroll back up to ind where you were. But then again i do not like change.
Caran - that doesn't happen at all for me! The section with the 6 little boxes where you input each number one by one is still there just the same as before, its just enlarged and further across screen to the left hand side. The method of entering them hasn't changed at all, it is just larger and clearer to see. Wonder why yours is doing this? Try starting from scratch and googling Daily Mail + My Mail and using a new link rather than one you perhaps have saved from previous attempts. It sounds as if it is somehow corrupted.
Thank you Ann. Just tried it, I have the same problem. I click on sign in. Under the box where i put email and password there is the remark "Error model username" before i enter anything. it accepts email address but not password. trie to change password but nothing works, tried countless times, stumped.
