Film With Dan Aykroyd And James Belushi

Can anyone remember the name of a film with DA and JB above. It was a 'Trading Places' type scenario; DA a businessman who leaves his wallet by a payphone in an airport which is found by small time thief JB.

There is the role reversal because of the wallet and I can't remember how it resolved itself! I would guess that it came out 1988-1991 but I'm not sure.

I've checked both of their Wiki pages but no luck.
