Heavy rain and fierce winds and thunderstorms here all night. It's all still going on now. I didn't know thunder and lightning could ever last ALL night. I thought the strong winds would blow it over. Maybe this is phase 2?

I had planned to go to Arundel today, last week's visit was cancelled because of lousy weather. Ah well, maybe NEXT week ? Will this rain never stop?

jan I like Arundel. A pretty town and some lovely views. It's been a long time since I've been there.

Ah well, looks like another day stuck indoors and going stir crazy. I HAVE to go out though this morning as I must do some shopping for a neighbour. I'll go out at 7am as that's when my local shops open, get her bits and pieces and then scurry back home.
